1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of TACS Education’s digital academic platform, mobile applications, and services. By subscribing or accessing the Services, institutions and authorized users agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

• Curriculum-aligned animated educational videos
• Digital Textbooks (PDF)
• PPT Presentations
• Interactive Chapter-wise Quizzes
• Teacher Resource Materials

3. Intellectual Property

All educational content, animations, scripts, PDFs, quizzes, software systems, branding elements, and digital materials are the exclusive property of TACS Education. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Access is granted only through institutional subscription.
• Fees must be paid as per agreed commercial terms including GST.
• Non-payment may result in suspension.
• Unless agreed otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

TACS Education shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the preceding Ten (10) months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
